SHIPPING

Shipping is available domestically within the United States, and all orders are sent via USPS. All standard US domestic orders over $75 are FREE. Under $75 you will need to pay for shipping.

We guarantee NEXT DAY DISPATCH on all orders. Once your order is processed, tracking details will be sent to the email address nominated during checkout, so keep an eye on your inbox! USPS estimated delivery times are listed below.

US Shipping Times & Costs

Priority Mail: 1–2 Business Days (Metro) — Standard Post: 4–7 Business Days (Regional) — INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — International shipping rates apply to each country, calculated at checkout.

In certain circumstances, such as high demand, low US stock levels, or temporary warehouse unavailability, your order may be fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia via DHL International Express. In these cases:

  • Delivery times may be longer than standard US estimates (typically 2–3 business days)
  • Your tracking details will still be sent to your nominated email address once dispatched
  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • We will endeavour to notify you via email if your order is being fulfilled internationally, so you are aware of any potential delays

RETURNS

1. Change Of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. Other Returns

Where required under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, PURAU will accept Product returns and provide you (the customer) with an exchange, repair, or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is unsafe, and
  • You can present your online order confirmation or other adequate proof of purchase.

PURAU may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

PURAU reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund, or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable US consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

3. Problems With Delivery Or Shipping

We ensure a high level of care is taken with shipping out your product; however, if your item/s arrives damaged please contact us at support@purau.com.au and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. Please be advised — you may be required to provide a photograph of the damaged good/s to help us with an efficient and speedy resolution.

Regarding returns under applicable US consumer protection laws, please contact us at support@purau.com.au to arrange collection of the good/s to be delivered back to our address for assessment to determine an exchange, repair, or refund.

PURAU reserves the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

4. Changes To This Returns Policy

Subject always to applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
