DELIVERY AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
- Products available from our Site are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Our terms of shipping are available here.
- We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, based on the information provided to us. However, should an error occur, we reserve the right to correct our description.
- Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the actual product.
- Due to product demand, PURAU products may not be available at all times. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of availability and projected delivery times. Although a product may be delayed or momentarily unavailable, you agree that we may still charge your credit card and ship PURAU products when they become available.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products purchased through our Site.
- If items are in stock, orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 3pm (ET) or within 1–2 business days of receiving your confirmed order and payment.
- We currently ship to street addresses across all 50 US states. Shipping is free on all domestic orders.
- Orders placed during a preorder will be dispatched via express shipping once stock is available.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Your rights to a refund or replacement are governed by applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, including regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
- In the event of any defect with a product you have purchased through our Site, your remedy will be either a replacement of the product in question or a refund to the value of that product, at our discretion. If you believe a product contains a defect, you must notify us immediately by emailing us at support@purau.com.au.
RETURNS
Please refer to our Returns Policy. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
